Booking & Cancellation
What To Expect
After your itinerary has been set and confirmed, Great Range
Mountain Guides will send an invoice or payment can be made via the
payment options on the site.
Cancellations made two weeks prior to the booking are eligible for
a refund or a credit for a future date within one calendar year.
Cancellations made between two weeks and seven days before the
booking are eligible for a credit for a future date within one
calendar year.
Cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled booking will
forfeit the deposit. Travel insurance is recommended for longer
itineraries.
If a day is cancelled at the guides' discretion due to weather or
conditions, a refund or credit will be issued at the guest's
choosing.
All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative processing fee.
